Question:i got a photo request but i'm not sutre how to do it--i have to make a shadow saying "I LOVE YOU"

can it be natural shadow or man made? man made shadow, just cut letters out of poster board and arrange them tomake a shadow saying " i love you" . natural shadows will be much harder to find.
