Position:Home>Visual Arts> Henna tattoos? SAFE?

Question:yes or no

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: yes or no

Maybe. Henna is plant dye that stains the skin. If one is allergic to henna then it isn't safe. The easiest way to tell if one is allergic is to put a little bit on the skin. If a rash/redness develops then one is allergic.

I know many young students under the age of 13, who have henna designs put on their hands for special celebrations. If you are not allergic to the dye itself, then you can handle it on your skin.
