How can I take a picture on a Cell Phone..?

So I have tried chnaging the brightness and I have even changed rooms but they always come out distorted..

So what can I do?

The quality of picture depends on how many mega pixels your cell phone camera has, and what other options it has,like changing scenes, adjusting brightness,contrast, flash light etc...
If your phone pics are not good, you can install some good program on your computer to correct them,like Adobe Photoshop,Corel etc..

it's probably your phone, sweetie.. how many megapixels? or is it just VGA? a 2 megapixel camera fone is good enough, even a 1.3 probably is.. heck, sometimes even VGA pictures are good.. what kind of fone is that anyway?

well usually the quality of the camera on the phone sucks so much, its just near impossible to get a usable shot =(
