No. The absolute largest diamond ever found was a rough block about the size of a mans fist which was then cut into many stones, the biggest of which is the Cullin now in the British rulers sceptor Nope

the rough 3106 carats is 621 grams which is about the weight of a glass root beer mug.
The only way of getting something clear that big would be quartz as in crystal balls.
The density of pure diamond is 3.52 gm/cm3 which means 621 grams would be 176 cc where 240 cc is about 1 cup liquid.

Only if you own the US mint. However I have not ever heard of a diamond that big.

the largest diamond in the world is the hope diamond , and if you want one that big expect to be paying in the billions , because they probably will never find one truly that big and if so it would be way out of your price range so best stick with smaller diamonds.
