Well, you have two choices, chop your head off and stuff it in a bottle.

Or use the lasso tool, or magnetic lasso tool to cut it out, then copy it, then open the photo of the water bottle and past it, then resize the image. It will look pretty crude till you experiment a lot to smooth the edges.

You will probably have to use layers, then make the bottle somewhat transparent to get the inside the bottle look.

I'm not much up on these kinds of photo tricks. But there are a ton of photoshop trick sites that will explain it in a lot more detail then I.
