Your drawings have a slight innocent nievety to them... If you want an honest answer, i do not think it takes much 'skill' to draw like this. Then again if this was the kind of look you were going for then i guess you got it right. You might want to work more on the detailing and giving each character an individual characteristic... alot of them look rather similar... work on things like the facial features aswell, the eyes and mouths on nearly all of them are practicly the same. Work on expressions and the like... study some human faces (i know you are doing cartoons, but they come from humans afterall)
being a 'good' artist is just a matter of opinion so you will never get one answer. you would fare better to be asking for constructive critisism on your work instead, that way you can get input on how to improve and move on with your work.

If your very young and drawing this then yes it's good. If your alreay a teen then in my opinion no. You should try an art class. Good Luck!

yes you are good but you can still improve and get better and better work on the shading and details like eyes

youre not too bad. but with a little more practice they will impove.

i think your lines should be less sketchy, maybe get a little more detailed.

or

do the complete opposite and do sketchy drawings. you dont have to get too detailed and the lines dont have to be completey straight.
