I'm sorry, but I really think this idea needs to come from you. You should take a walk during a rainy day and see if that gives you any inspiration.

take green material and draw a watering can
and make Little drops of water in light blue and flowers and ducks
and a rainbow

Well, a thunder cloud with rain and beside it draw wind blowing

and then since april showers bring MAY FLOWERS, draw on some funky swirling stem flowers

you should go out in the rain one day and see how it makes you feel.

if i was doing this i would.... make it all groovy like with rain drops..clouds..smiles... alot of colors or a rainbow. maybe some sun. maybe some peace signs and some flowers, yeahh flowers =)
