You may try to do a 'figure-ground' type drawing. These can be easy and interesting! You can make them pretty simply because it deals with just contrasts and shapes.

[think of a white cat near a white fish bowl with a black fish inside on a black background or... black fern fronds on a white background, etc.]
Do a search of 'figure ground' drawings or art and see what you can think up! Best wishes!
