My art assignment is to "draw a total and complete lie". Any ideas? =)

Question:draw a picture of a perfect woman
beautiful face, body shape, career...ect

make it a point that this is what girls now in days want to be, but in reality their chasing after a lie. this lifestyle/look isn't real.

and for guys, this dream girl doesn't exist, so they shouldn't compare us girls to that. They should love our personality and who we are, not wish we looked like a barbie.

A big pic of the US with a sign sticking out of it that says "Home of the Free"

try something M.C Esher style like the perpetual water fall

Draw a 1950s setting with blacks, whites, and others all having fun and getting along. Make sure to include minorities and women in positions of power. You can call it "Equality Before the Civil Rights Movement".

Draw your funeral/ casket being buried by yer headstone and everyone crying around the priest who is holdin the bible

what upsets me about modern art these days is when people poo in a can and they call it art.. or when they puke on the paper and call it art..

dont necessarily do the example i gave you but you get the idea..

It depends on what your examples were from your teacher. I 'lie' is anything that isn't the truth. Opposites are the idea. There could be 'size' relationships: tall person/tiny yacht, tiny horse/large rider... Things could be opposite colors..
