What is a good digital art program?

Question:I usually just draw with pencils, colored pencils, stuff like that. But recently I came across some awesome digital drawings and I am looking for a great program to draw with, or edit my own drawings. Any ideas?

for good digital art and designs, there are a few programs, you could still use photoshop or paintshop-pro, yet others are designed for drawing,
