Psp help. editing photos.?

Question:i have paint shop pro
and i want to edit some pictures
to make the person in the picture
look nicer, if you get me?

You can get Gimp.It is a good photo editing program and it is free.Here is where you can get it http://gimp.org/ And here aresome tutorial`s that will tell you how to use it. http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/

i would just re-shoot the photos if you can.

I'm not so familiar with paint shop pro but try to use the smudge tool in creating a smother skin then change the color contrast, brightness and etc...
