Take your camera to a real camera store and ask them to clean your sensor. I'm not a fan of blowing air - even from a bulb type blower - inside a camera.

depends on the camera, if its an SLR use a blower bulb to blow any dust off the Low-pass filter which is overtop of the CCD. Never touch this or it could damage your camera. If you dont feel comfortable with this take it to a service center.

I have successfully used modified Lens Pens just for this purpose: http://www.birdsasart.com/lenspens.htm (BTW, Art Morris is a Canon Explorer of Light and the best bird photographer in the world).
