Question:ive been trying for some time no since i was 12 off and on, im 15 now, and if ur just here to be a hater and spam gtfo pls ty tell me ur real opinion i have better pics, this is the only camera that will let me upload so this is what i got.

With continuous work with weights and such along with body maturity your muscles will develop much better. You are built but need a little more work with time and age. Good luck.

you need to develop your upper chest and shoulders to get out of that stick-thin look you've got going on. Drink your protein within 30minutes after lifting weights.
