Need to find the artist and title of a painting.?

Question:Can anyone tell me what the name & artist is of a painting with a pear/apple (it's green) in the room of a house. You can't tell if it's a giant piece of fruit in a normal sized house or if the fruit is normal sized but the house is actually a doll house?
I seen this and can't remember anything about it, and I want to find information about the artist.
