You need to use the Spot Healing Brush to get rid of all the dots and squiggles. It is very tedious, but worthwhile. I started to do some to show you, but the image is too small to make it worth the effort. Do you have a better (larger) scan to work with?

These people were pretty well cover with them. I just got so sick and tired of it that I left some on their legs. I never did get back to it. You can get an idea about the difference, though. Get in touch if you want some help.

Looks quite good, sure the PS experts will have more for you......maybe a high pass filter??

I quite like the sepia fade of the original.

Fabulous shoot!! Wonderful view and angle, love the movement. Well worth restoring.
