ALSO just a reminder!! i'm NOT asking for anime!! im asking for a program to do short videos like the ones above!! could not see the clips you are referring to , the links are broken. however, being an animator myself, you can do the simplest and the cheapest thing: mark page corners on the table, put a camera on a tripod, draw on paper , shoot , draw more , shoot , draw more shoot and so on and so on. I did those animations way back with a film camera. If you want to go forth with computer-based animation i suggest you search up the sourceforge.net for an open-source animation program. Try the knoppix dvd version , I bet it has an animation software inside. There are many cheap legal and exciting ways to get into animation.
