Can anyone explain how? thanks yes there are a few ways to select and edit parts of image, depending on how complex or simple results need to be, ~one is using lasso tool to select around object in image, then with selection, adjust colors/ color balance, ~you can also create new layer and fill with choice of color, then adjust layer/ over lay option and transparency, ~you copy and paste selection to new layer and adjust contrast and hue saturation, ~ you also use masking on the layer to recolor within selection and adjust layer options, http://www.createblog.com/tutorials/tuto... http://gimps.de/en/tutorials/gimp/pictur... .. Yes, use the selection tools and then call up whichever tool you want. Try looking here as a first port of call. http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/ Chris |
