Michael's or any arts and crafts store should have one. If not utrecht and dickblick are notable online stores that definitely should have them. I am an art major and most of my peers order through them. I have been able to get all my sketchbooks from arts and craft stores like hobby lobby or A. C. moore. even office supply stores carry some art supplies. hope this helps.

That's my favorite sketchbook, because I can write on its spine, and then keep all my drawings all neat. All those spiral books I can't tell what's in them! A place that you wouldn't think has this is either Barnes and Noble or Borders, sometimes on sale. Also I saw one at Michaels but it was more expensive. I kind of live far away from a real art store, so I have to resource to that. I don't like to order it online unless it's a well known brand such as Canson. The best kind of sketchbook it Moleskine (brand name), though. It can be pricey but it's supposed to be very good. I haven't tried one yet but will soon.
The only issue I would see with this type of book is that it might be hard to scan a whole page since the book curls in at the edge, but usually software can correct that.
