Do you have any good memorization techniques for monologues?

Question: Do you have any good memorization techniques for monologues!?

i have to do two different monologues in front of my acting class sometime in the coming week!. one serious and one funny!.

i need to get the lines down fast!. any suggestions or advice for memorization!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

do not practice in front of a mirror, you can't act and be audience at the same time!. And always read and say the lines out loud and while on your feet!. Contact me and I will send you my three page outline on how to learn lines!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well i had to do that once, memorize two completely different monologue's at once!. My best advice is to just read over them one by one!. just over and over and over!. also practice in a mirror so you can see your own facial expressions!.!.!.Hope this helped!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

First step, read it!.

Second step, read it again!.

Third step, read it aloud!.

Fourth step, write it down!.

Fifth step, try and recite it!.
