well!.!.!.i dnt have that much experience either , but what they told me is that you need to show confidence no matter what(but not in a diva kinda way), and that you need to be friendly even if the person doesnt deserve it!.!.!.just chill and act like you're talking to one of ur friends!.!.!.make it like a role or something!.!.

1!. you shouldn't act like a diva
2!. a good personality
3!.you should also seem like your very reliable
