Question: What can I do about my Choir Concert!?
My concert for choir is tomorrow and we have the WORST teacher ever!. Last year we had the best teacher, we were very organized and professional, but then she retired!. I dont know ANY of the songs and neither does anyone else!. Thankfully I am switching out of the class next month!. Anyways, I do not want my parents to go to the concert 2morrow because I know they will be embarassed and I will be embarassed as well!. They went to both the concerts last year and I told them that they should not waste their time!. However, they are DYING to go and it is really bothering me!.

Well I don't know if you can tell the rest of the choir to learn their music tonight, but you should do your best to learn yours!. At worst, everyone else wont know the music but you will!.
And quite a bit of what people hear is what they see, so remind your choir to smile and look alive!. No one wants to sit around and listen to people who don't want to be there sing badly!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Just go to the concert and let your parents enjoy it, since they seem to really be looking forward to it!. If you don't know the music, smile and pretend that you do!. The audience really can't tell!. They will respond based on the way you feel about it!. So if everyone in the choir looks like they're having fun, so will the audience!. If everyone looks angry and smiles in an embarassed sort of way, well, the audience will feel the same way!. It'll be fine!Www@QuestionHome@Com
There isn't really anything you can do about your parents going, trust me, I've tried the same thing!. But after the concert you can just say, "I told you so!" But at least try to sell it, you know- smile, move your lips, make it look like you guys know what you're doing!Www@QuestionHome@Com

2!. Hold a meeting before the concert with a few people and practice alot so at least a few people know it
