i would start by earning a bachelor's degree in mass communication with a concentration on electronic media with a theatre minor!. get an internship, and hopefully if it's with a company you'd like to work for, they might be interested in hiring you on when you graduate!. get as much experience as you can, keep everything, make yourself a nice portfolio of all your work, and put all your video work on a dvd to take to job interviews!. that would be my advice!. i majored in mass comm in college, landed a great internship, and they would have hired me on if i hadn't of moved to another state!. just get your name out there as much as possible!. people won't find you credible if they don't know you or have never seen your work!. never turn down an opportunity to get published, or show off your skills!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
