I'm a very lucky person!. I've got a loud mouth!. haha!. But I know how to fix your problem!.
First off observe fellow actors!. Match your volume with theirs!. Notice that most people that are not shy talk louder on stage than they do in person!.
Don't scream, that's the main idea!. Make sure that your volume matches the character and if the character is a shy and timid person then talk a bit quieter!. But even still you need to talk loud!. People who judge would rather see someone who talks too loud than someone who talks too soft!. It's easier to be quiet than to make more noise!. Show that you can project the volume and do it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Be sure that you're not shouting when you project!. Imagine yourself louder and it might help!. But be sure you're not trying to get louder from your throat!. Use your diaphragm!. When you breathe, make sure your shoulders don't go up, because that's a sign that you're breathing from the wrong place and your voice will never sound as strong!. Here's a tip to see if you're breathing right: put your hand on your stomach, and if it goes up and down (sorry I cant remember the right words right now but you know what I mean) more than your chest does, that's good!. Good luck with the audition!Www@QuestionHome@Com

make your voice come from your butt not your throat ha ha it sounds silly but use your diaphragm!Www@QuestionHome@Com
