Question: Acting Questions ( Im a Beginner ) Agents, Head Shots, etc!?

Hi i have head shots
and im wondering where you can get your Head shots printed for a low cost
nothing outrages and not Walmart it comes out to blurry

And what Envelope should i send off and where to send off like what can catch the Agents Eye!. But looks professional!.

I have some friends that just print them out at Walgreens!.
