I want to act and performe on stage but i can't.?

Question: I want to act and performe on stage but i can't!.!?

My school is under resources it does not have a drama class at all!. Not even a music department!. Nothing at all!.
I live close to San Francisco!. I heard in big cities there auditions or something but i don't know were to start all the fault because of my school!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
