Question: Hi my DRAMA TEACHER IS REALLY STRESSED OUT RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW CAN I HELP!?
Hi! okay well my drama teacher has been under a lot of stress lately and it's horrible! He told my friend that he spent more time with her than his own wife ( cuz my friend has him in 3 of his classes and 2 hours afterschool) and that's pretty sad and he told all of the class that he is stressed out because of the attendance of drama club ( cuz people come in late all the time, dont leave without telling him, and they give him an attitude!. He is a really nice cool funny outgoing teacher and students just take advantage of him and one of our place is this monday and he is kind of stressed because of that is there anything that i can do or anything a drama student can do to make him feel better!? Cuz i want to make feel better and like he is appreciative you know!?!?!?!? Or has your drama teacher been stressed out before!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

No offense meant to you at all, but this sounds like a High School drama class!. If I'm wrong, please correct me!. The issue for the teacher is that he has a passion for it, while many students find it to be an elective taken to avoid other options!.

Some part of maturing involves accepting that WE might be expected to honor others and commitments!. How he can manage that might be best done by those of you who do care to just make an extra effort, and maybe even try to encourage the slackers!. Your teacher sure isn't in it for the $$$, but might want all of you to someday have that happen!.

Your drama teacher is an adult and as such should know where to take his problems or seek professional help if he needs it!. You as a student are obligated to show up to class on time and participate to the best of your ability and that is it!. That said if you'd like to send him an anonymous note of appreciation that would be nice!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Tell him that you appretiate him and that you think he is an incredible teacher!. you can also buy him something really nice!. no advice on the play Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think that happens sometimes, that someone you're working with is feeling the stress and you want to be helpful!. I would say that it's probably a lot easier for a 60-year-old high school trustee to walk over and put his hand on your drama teacher's shoulder and be reassuring than it would be for a student!.

He probably has caring students, but there's nothing they can say to have an effect on his concerns!.

I think the best thing you can do is just enjoy being a student and enjoy not having any responsibilities!. Just have a ball!. When his students are having a ball and taking it seriously at the same time, that probably brings him more joy than anything you could say!.

Enjoy yourself! : )
