Think of one sentence, then think of tons of different ways to say it!.
Time yourself on how long it takes you to come up with a character (you don't have to write anything down!.)

Practice, practice, practice!.

At my school drama club, we do a lot of improvisation, and it really helps!!

I also do a creative drama class, which also helps with your improvisation skills!!

Try and join a drama club/class, you'll be suprised how much it helps!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Read magazines!. Try to find good resources in the internet!.

Watch "Whose Line Is It Anyway!?" re-runs!. It's some freakin' funny stuff, and you'll start to get a feel for the skills of improv!.
