Before you go on stage, breathe slowly and relax, concentrate on your breathing and breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth this should help you concentrate and relax to stop stage fright! also try not to look at the audience as you are on the stage, focus on a point at the back of the room so that you dont loose concentration!.

Speak clearly and loud enough for people at the back of the room to hear you (imagine the little old lady at the back who needs to hear you!)

Finally, just have fun! And enjoy yourself! Make sure its all worthwhile and it will be a great memory for years to come! Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ham it up like mad and keep slapping your thigh!. (If it's more than one performance, best get in some tincture of arnica)

For stage fright - just enjoy it!. The more frightened you are before you go out, the better the buzz when you get in front of the audience!. It's all adrenaline!. Just remember, some people pay a fortune to be frightened this much!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

go mad be camp and have fun!. Panto isn't serious just enjoy it and the audience will too!
