Question: Fat Actress, Help me!?
Hey guys,

I have been eating healthy and watching my weight for the past 2 months as I have been in a play and I lost some weight which is nice!. Each time I felt the need to eat junk food, I would tell myself no because I didnt want to look fat on stage!. The problem is the play is now over and I have nothing more to motivate me to eat healthy and I find myself going back to my old ways!. Ive started eating lots of sugar once again and the weight is going back on!.

What do I do im quite depressedWww@QuestionHome@Com

Now that the play is over it is time to think about auditioning for the next one!. And if you hope to get the parts that I imagine you do, then you will need to keep yourself looking healthy!. Unfortunately, their are very few parts available for women of size on stage and part of training to be an actor along with strengthening your acting, voice and dance skills should also be adopting a healthy diet and regular exercise!.

This isn't something you do occasionally, this is something you do all the time!.

And looking the part so you get the part is just the icing on the cake!. You stated yourself that because you are gaining the weight back that you feel depressed!. That in itself should be enough motivation!. You have the power to not feel depressed!. Go for it! You have many reasons to take good care of yourself! Www@QuestionHome@Com

You've just answered your own question!. When you have a goal, it's easier to lose weight because you're working towards something, so set a goal for yourself!. Don't make it too strict, like having to lose a certain amount of pounds in a certain amount of weeks, because being that specific is too restrictive and will make eating healthily seem more like a pain than it has to be!.

Instead, tell yourself that you want to keep looking good for pictures around Christmas, or that you want to be able to run a mile in under nine minutes!.

When I want to lose some weight but my sweet tooth acts up, I buy calorie-free and sugar-free soda!. It's cheap, sweet, and doesn't cause weight gain!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm not entirely sure I get the question!. You lost weight because you didn't want to look fat on stage, right!? So does this mean you'll never want to be in another play!? If looking good on stage is your motivation, what's changed!? Keep telling yourself no, and keep shedding the pounds (don't get all anorexic on us, though, okay!?)!. The motivation is still there, you just forgot to consider it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Allow yourself one day a week to indulge in the foods that you crave, the other days stay on track and remember no food is as satisfying as a great looking body!.
also look for healthy and tasty recipes online, sometimes just adding some spice to a dish can eliminate the need for fattier ingredients and taste great!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

its not a diet its away of life I have wanted to lose some wight and I have but you have to remmember its a way of life don't cut out every thing bad idea just one thing at a time and as the time goes on you wont feel want it but you have to sometimes eat the wrong things or you will feel like your on a diet and your not going to lose it over night it has taken me 3 months to lose 6kg so it does take time Www@QuestionHome@Com

When I feel that way I sometimes stock up on those health magazines like: Shape, Women's Health, Self, Etc!. These are fun to read because it shows other women actually making it and some of the magazines have real-life stories of people who have lost weight!. This always helps me in a funk!Www@QuestionHome@Com
