I am ging to be preforming in a mini version of RENT the musical tomorrow, and I was told to bring "bohemian starving artist clothing" and I'm not sure exactly what that means!. Any help would be great! thanks!!!

Congrats! You'll want the kind of clothing that you'd find in a New York city thrift shop!. Definitely scuffed up boots!. Leggings or funky pants, preferably torn at the knee, a lot of detailing!. A layered look on top, something like a down jacket over a long sleeve shirt!. Something funky around the neck like a scarf, and if that's not overkill, also a hat!. There should be a certain mismatched quality about the clothes, but not too much!. You should check out the number La Vie
