Question: Seussical: Getting the part of Jojo!!?

So, my school is doing Seussical as a play this year :D
YAY!
i would LOVE to do the part of Jojo as they already told us JoJo can be a girl!
What should I do to prepare!? can anyone find me a script or some instrumentals to practice with!? :DWww@QuestionHome@Com

you don't happen to go to shs/sms do you!? we just chose seussical, also!. [: i love seussicallll!. :] what i usually do to learn a song is look at a good rendition of it!. go to youtube, and the user husse67 has an amazing performance!. the song they might make you sing at auditions is "solla sollew" or "alone in the universe" possibly "oh, the thinks you can think"!. when we did Seussical, our Jojo was a girl!. i think the biggest thing to remember is that Jojo is a kid!. so make sure when you audition, you show them that you can play a kid!. also, Jojo is fairly rebellious and independent!. so when you are deciding how to audition, keep these things in mind!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
