any agent will help you get auditions, but you might need to belong to a good agency to be the first to know about auditions!.
disney sends out roles to these agency describing the exact type of actor they want for the role!. if one of them fits you, your agent will contact you!.
in the meantime, theres nothing to do but wait!. : S

and honestly, taking classes will help, because you have LOTS of competition!. thousands of young actors/actresses want to be disney channel stars!.
plus, its best to develop talent!. : )
sometimes disney hires someone without experience, but that varies!.

OMG honey, if you were a serious actress!.!.!.you wouldn't want to become a disney channel star!. what plays, and where!? community theatre!? thats not gonna give you the experience you need to do anything of significance!. get some real training, then (if your serious about acting!.!.!.look into some real acting!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
