Question: Want to work with Broadway!!?

I want to work with Broadway in the future!. What is there is there as a serious career on Broadway that is not acting!? What would I major in in college for this career!? Www@QuestionHome@Com

Major in Theatre Arts!. There are so many jobs behind the scenes and they are very fun!. You can use your love of theatre and the arts in so many ways!. Organizational skills are key and punctuality is a must!. So much happens before a show goes up and it takes alot of people to get in there!. Once a show opens it takes people to do everything to make the magic happen!.

To get you started, go and volunteer at your local community theatre!. You can do house management, ticket sales, prop management, scene design, stage hand, lighting, music, back stage management, makeup, costumes!. Get your feet wet with all of it and you'll be well rounded with some experience when you hit New York!.
