Question: 2008 Wicked Soundtrack!?!!?!!?

I saw Wicked at the Fox and i thought the singing was WAAY better than the original broadway soundtrack!!! Does anyone know if they are making the 2008-2009 wicked soundtrack!?!

The only cast recordings of Wicked are the Original Broadway Cast, Original Stuttgart Cast(German), and Original Tokyo Cast (Japanese)!. There is a special 5th Anniversary CD with songs from the foreign language casts and songs that were cut in the pre-Broadway (San Francisco) run!.

IMHO- The OSC is the best recording!. The Elphaba, Willemijn Verkaik, is Dutch, so German isn't even her first language!. She sounds absolutely amazing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Firstly the term "Soundtrack" refers to movies!. Stage show recordings are "Cast recordings"!. It's very unlikely they will produce another cast recording of a US production, no matter how good they are!.!.!. unfortunately!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
