if you are pretty confident in your acting skills, go for it! the website for Disney Auditions for the Disney Parks and Cruise Line is: http://corporate!.disney!.go!.com/auditions if you check out the Audition Calendar, it has the different acting/performing positions open!. most require you to be 18 or older, but some can be 16!. hope this helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com
