Acting????? Scene????????

Question: Acting!?!?!?!?!? Scene!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

For my theatre class, we have to perform a scene from a movie or play with one other person!. What should I do!? The scene needs to be about 2 minutes long, and it has to have two people in it- a girl and a guy!. Any suggestions!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

A good scene could be from pride and Prejudice!. The scene where Darcy had proposed to Elizabeth for the first time and she is turning him down and telling him all the reasons she hates him!. That's an angry, dramatic scene!.

What do you like!? What are you best at!? Drama, comedy, romance, they're so many scenes in film and plays to choose from for your assignment!.

Think about what you can best convey!. Deep emotion!? Are you naturally funny!? You get the idea and take it step by step from there!.

If you're good at drama, break it down!. Do you want to go the Shakespearan route or film!? Look at the time of the film or play you want to do!. That's important as well!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think the death scene from Romeo and Juliet would be great - I'm thinking the part where Romeo runs into the Capulet tomb to find Juliet, discovers she's 'dead' and then kills himself, only to have Juliet wake up a few seconds later!. It's very emotional and passionate, if that's the kind of mood you're going for!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
