Question: How do you get to sit in a box at the theatre!?
Having recently been to see a West End musical, I would like to know how you go about reserving seating in a private box!.

None of the online theatre booking sites has any details!. I prefer not to sit with the peasantry!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Quite so old boy you shouldn't have to slum it down there with the common people god knows what you may catch!. Two Tickets for my private box are on there way over old boy, don't forget to take an array of sharp objects to throw at the scum below will you old chap!. Tip top!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The boxes and lettered and numbered like any other seat!. It's not a big deal!. You just need to structure your search exactly so that the theatre booking sites know which seats your looking for!. They're usually cheaper too because they provide an obstructed-view!. I've sat in many box seats on Broadway because I couldn't afford regular orchestra seats!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

To get tickets in the box you will have to book in advance and phone the box office! that's the main way i managed to get in a box for a show when i said there was not enough leg room and i was unhappy with how i was not told so i asked to talk to the Duty Manager and he moved us!. Very good seats but the view will be restricted a little!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You should contact the Box Office directly!.

I will give a word of warning - the sight lines from the Boxes are not always that good, and cost just as much as orchestra seats!.

Think about how close you are to the stage, and on a far side!. You will probably lose some of the action, or at least the scenery on the side of the stage that you are on!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You book them like any other seat in most theatres!.
We sat in the box at the Theatre Royal Windsor and we had our own toilet down the corridor!! Be warned though the view is not that great - you miss some of the stage nearest you and you can see into the wings!. You would be better off sitting in the second row of the dress circle!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you do not wish to sit with hoi polloi, then you must be introduced to the theatre director ! Then,if he likes you enough,he will invite you to look down on the plebs!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Unless boxes are permanently reserved they can be booked like any other seat, you just have to ask!. Agencies may not book them as the demand probably doesn't warrant them holding them available!. Phone the box office!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Ha ha ha!. Not sure - perhaps call the theatre!. You can book a box at the Albert Hall - I just booked a regular ticket and it was in a box which was really cool!.
