what will probably happen is that they will talk to you and your parents (if you're under 18) and talk to you about your future!. They might have you try out for some acting spots on television shows or something like that!. If you get hired by any of those jobs, then you could possibly become famous! Www@QuestionHome@Com

That scout or agent, if he or shes is from a reputable agency may choose to ask to represent you!. Agents only make money when their clients work, usually 10% and actors DO NOT book the majority of jobs they audition for!. So you should rid yourself of the notion that an agent will make anything and everything happen for you!. All they can do is help guide you and submit you to the casting directors they may have relationships with and hope those casting directors see fit to bring you in for auditions!. Whether you have an agent or not you should continue doing plays and whatever else to hone your craft and build your resume!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

An Industry Package should be prepared, if you know a Talent Scout/Agent or Casting Director is coming to the show!. (Sometimes, your cast-mates will invite their Agents to see the show too!!!)

The package should be either a large envelope or a folder, containing the following:

1) Thank you Note
2) The Program of the Show
3) All Casts' Headshot & Resumes

If a Talent Scout/Agent is interested, then he/she will contact you based on the contact information you provided on your Resume!.

If you don't know if there's any Industry people are coming to the show - most likely, they will approach you at Backstage after the show!. So, I usually recommend actors stick around in the theater lobby after the curtin - before rushing back to the dressing room to get changed!. (Agents do not WAIT for actors to get changed and then come out!. Unless you are already famous or super talented - and they want to sign you)

Most likely, you will be invited to audition at their office!. (yes, you still have to audition for them) - and see where that goes!. If you get signed, congrats!. If not, there are plently of agencies out there looking for new talents!. :)
