If you have no acting backgrounds or training, then the first step you should do, is get yourself involved!.

Taking Acting classes at your school, enroll yourself in Drama Club!.!.!. Find local Theatre Troupes or Theater Company to participate in their productions!.

Laying down a good Acting foundation will serve you well in the long run!. Instead of setting your goal to be on the Disney Channel and other TV shows, you should focus on learning the craft of acting!. These include Acting Techniques, Scene study, Movements, Singing/Speech, Acting for TV/Camear, and Audition Techniques!.!.!.etc!. (I know, this may sound a lot, but you know what!? If you love acting and want to be an actress!.!.!. You will LOVE these classes!!!)

During your study, you will hear about audition opportunities for TV/Film/Theatre productions in your area!. (Believe me, your classmate will talk about it!. Acting School usually have bulletin boards with a bunch of notices)

You will also learn the tools you need to attend the auditions!.!.!.!. A Headshot, Resume, and possible a Reel for Agency Representation!.

Keep Studying, Keep Auditioning, and Keep Working!.

Once you have the training and have done various of theatrical productions (and probably local TV/Film projects in your area) - then you will be ready to either seek Talent Agent representation - or they will come to you!. (Some Talent Agents do attend theatrical shows)

You will need a legit Talent Agent to submit you to casting notices for Prime TV shows!. But remember, Talent Agents do not have time to train and help an amature Actor to grow!. They want talent who are ready to work!.

You could search into google

"Actresses Needed" you may not get Disney, but every actor has to start out somewhere!.

Try getting an agency aswell, or look through the yellow pages!.

I wanna be an actor too, but in theatre!.

you should get a head shot and resume!. head shots are expensive but necessary for an acting career!. there are plenty of sites about head shots and resumes!. once you have that covered send them into many different agencies!. you need to wait for one of them to contact you( be patient!)!. in the meantime work in acting classes or local theater companies!. once they contact you and go to an audition they will see if they like you!. they will ask to sign with you and they will help you get auditions!.

Why do you need an agent!?

well people represented by agents usually come across as more Professional and they tend to land more roles!. an agent will only take 10-15% of what you are paid in a film, otherwise you don't cost anything!. i hope i helped and another way of getting your career started is by going to many open calls and eventually getting your name out there!.thirds is a more difficult path but you may choose either one!.!.!.i wish you the best of luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

the fastest way is for you to work on sets as an extra!. Some are non-SAG so you won't get paid but you will be putting in your time and learning how the business works!. Take some acting classes if you can and build a portfolio!. You will need headshots to submit to a talent agency!. Do a search for your area on castings for extras!. I think there is a site (extras 411) not sure if that is it!. I was cast as an extra this year and had a blast!! Movie should be out in November!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
