for the last 6 months i have been rehearsing for a show!. and last sunday and monday we had the final rehearsals!. and we have just done 6 performances of it and had an after show party!. the thing is i really miss doing it! i am so sad it is over! i could do it all the time it is so amazing!. i miss the natural high that everyone gained from it and how happy everyone was on and off stage!. i also got to know people a lot better and miss the singing and dancing!. and though we didnt have very much room in the dressing rooms, it was a laugh and everyone helped each other getting dressed and undressed with zips etc!.

i really don't knwo what to do with myself now!.

After all the hard work and time that went into the production, you can feel lost having finished it all!. I do not work theater myself, but I get the same feeling working long-term graphic arts projects!. I tend to work 2 major projects a year, each lasting about 4-5 months!. When they are done, I am at a loss of what to do since they had taken up so much of my time!.

1 - Be grateful!. It's over, your production was a success and you did well!. Everything went off without a hitch!.

2 - Be thankful!. You have another production to look forward to, you still have work ahead of you, but you get a short break in between productions!.

3 - Be conscientious!. Learn from any mistakes made from your last production!. Make this next one run smoother, better!.

I doubt you'll ever get over that high from the final accomplishment after each production!. I've been doing graphic arts for years, and never get over that high after each project!. Congratulations on the successful production, and hope your next one is just as successful!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

This is your calling, and you just discovered that fact by your feelings!. You're feeling lost, adrift and anticipating your next gig!. I have a 78 year old friend who was a Broadway actress!. She would always leave NYC between shows and come visit us!. Congratulations! You have an addiction, but it's a healthy one!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
