hunch over, walk slow, don't hear things the first time, smell weird, and have a general dislike for today's youthWww@QuestionHome@Com

First of all, 56 is not "old!." Humph!.

Be aware that older people do as much as they can to not look old!. Please don't be all bent over and shaky!.

The main thing to do is just to slow down; walk slower, sit slower, be a tad more careful!.

However, be aware that you'll be playing a stereotype!. I'm 56, and I bike every day, go dancing, do physical theater, and am very sharp!.

Other women who are in their mid-50s or older:
Glenn Close
Sally Field (61)
Meryl Streep
Michelle Pfeiffer
Susan Sarandon (61)Www@QuestionHome@Com

uh, 56 is not ancient!. There are a lot of fit people in their 50s!.!.!. It depends on the character - is there any indication that she has slowed down!. If not play her with a little more efficency in her movements, she may no longer have the zest of youth, but is not going to be some half crippled old hag!. Its the experience of knowing how to move that she has!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

A little slower getting out of chairs, Holding on to someone when going down stairs!. Carrying on about her looks a little longer then if she were 20!.

She anit dead but shes not 20 either

Go to the mall and people watch, your see 56 year old and just notice they aren't bouncing around like the younger crowd!.
