Question: How to look older for an audition!?
I’m auditioning for multiple parts in a play!. However, I look too young for most of the parts (but only by a few years)!. How can I make myself look older for the audition!? I know that, if I got a part, we’d use stage makeup!. But I wanted to put an effort into the audition!. Is there a certain way I can do my hair, makeup, clothes!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

With an eyebrow pencil that is one shade darker than your skin tone, follow the lines created by doing the following:

Frown in front of a mirror!. See the "V" between your eyebrows!?
Pucker your lips -- you should see some vertical lines to emphasize!.
Raise your eyebrows to give yourself the left to right lines
Finally, sqint your eyes -- you should see a "fan" on the outer portion of the eyes to mark!.

Gently blend the lines to create a shadow effect!.
Before you seal the look with powder, stand back and look at your entire face in the mirror!. Adjust as you deem necessary for the character!.
Apply pressed powder to "seal" the look!.

Go with slacks and a vest with a white blouse!. The business look will add some age and the clothing will still be loose enough for stage movement!. Pull the hair back off your face, and tie it off in a short bob at the back!. Use a beige to light brown base on your face to darken it just a bit!.!.but real light on any other make-up!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
