dont concentrate on your fright!. imagine that you are alone on the stage!. if it doesnt work, try to look at your audience forehead instead of their eyes!. when you look at their eyes, tendency will be you'll get distracted and become nervous!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Most people find the opposite to be true, so this is rather interesting!. Here's what I do when I'm on stage and find myself feeling nervous !. !. !.

Focus totally on your performance!. Instead of thinking about the nerves, throw your whole being into the performance!. also avoid looking AT the audience!. Instead, choose a spot on the back wall and make that your visual (an exit sign is perfect if there is one)!. It still seems to the audience that you're looking at them, but you're not!. It's easier to focus on your performance that way!. Break a leg!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I find the best thing to do is to forget about the audience!. Pretend it's just a rehearsal!.
Breathing is very important!. Before you go on take a few deep breaths!. Relax yourself and remember how much you love doing this!.

Just forget about the audience, and try to relax into your role!. Find a spot on the wall or something in the audience, but not a real person!. Focus on that!. That makes it look like you're looking into the audience when you're really not!. If I focus on that spot then it helps me not look directly at the audience!.

Good luck!
