Everything starts with Internship!!! That's *THE* only way to start a career in either Casting, Talent Agent, and Talent Management!.

These intership can be aquired while you are in college or recent college graduate!.

Once you intern in a casting office, there will be a chance that you will be hired full-time, or get promoted!.

PlayBill!.Com (under Casting Jobs section) is a good source to see if there are any internships available in your area!.
