The look for personality! They want to see that you're having fun and love what you're doing!. Have tons of energy and seem very friendly!

Mostly they look for professional experience and training which would indicate that they could take a chance on casting you!. But those things are second as to whether you look and act like what they are looking for!. If you are not, they will not respond to your submission!. Have you considered what it would cost your family if you were asked to come to LA to audition!? Could they afford that!? What do mom and dad say!? Their opinion is important, since they have to sign off on anything pro that you do!. They should write the cover letter for your submission as well!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Disney is looking for new faces, not just another 'wanna-be!.'

Talent, too!. If you and your friend can ACT, SING and Dance - well, which one of the three is your strongest skill!? You should definitely show case your strongest skill first!. Casting Directors don't have alot of time to view all the footages, so whatever pops-up on screen first, needs to be very eye-catching!. You need to be able to grab the Casting Director's attention before he/she ends the tape and went to the next time!.
