in the past 10 years what have you noticed about the change of music and the stuff that's now on the radio and the stuff that was on it 10 years ago!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have noticed a good number of things!.!.!.!.like it's starting to repeat the styles of yester-year!.!.!.ie!. Amy Winehouse sounds like typical oldies doo-wop!.!.!.
many, MANY artists are sampling 80s and other decades!.!.!.and styles are starting to melt together!.

It seems like there's a cycle of typical music!.!.!.however, there is a blending of genres (Shakira Hips Don't Lie samples an OLD spanish language song that I used to hear when I was a kid in Texas but adds some beats and hip hop influences to it)!.

I like the music nowadays!.!.!.there is obviously some crap out there and some people just like to yell as usual!.!.!.but people are pretty original and you have to give credit to the world -- coming up with something original after MANY years of styles already done is pretty hard!.

As far as in the past 10 years!.!.!.pfft!.!.!.not much has changed!. Britney's still on the radio!.!.!.boy bands are still the rage (NKOTB) and hip hop is as popular as ever!. I think a better span of time would be more like 25 years!. LOTS of change then!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
