I think Phantom of the Opera would be best!.

It's Broadway's Longest Running musical, which points to it's excellent music and wonderful (different from the movie) plot line which draws in crowds time and time again!. You can also get discount tickets for phantom which should save you a pretty!.!.!. (alright so a penny's not worth that much-) 40% on tickets!. also, on a more personal note, I find Phantom of the Opera to be an amazing show, and, having seen it four times, I always want to go again!.

For the tickets, I recommend using the site I use every time for phantom tickets!. http://schooltix!.com/phantom_03

Other than Phantom, I can't really give you a good choice!. Les Miz, November, Sweeney Todd, and Rent all went off broadway!. Wicked is still there, but I still think Phantom is your best bet!.

Whatever you see, enjoy!

I saw Phantom in NYC last year and it is honestly fantastic!. The music, the scenery, everything is great!.
If you want a musical mystery with an awesome cast and a lot of comedy, Curtains is definitely what you want to see!. David Hyde Peirce (Niles from Frasier) is the star and he is fantastic!.

Phantom is amazing, but Curtains was ever better in my opinion!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

"In the Heights" is the musical you should see!. It incorporates rap, hip hop, flamanco, and latin music all in one!. Such a great soundtrack but I have yet to see it!. You could also see "Spring Awakening" which is a coming of age story based in Germany in the early 1900's with a pop rock tune!. Best soundtrack (next to RENT) I've heard so far!. Good luck!
