I have to do a presentation and i have stage fright?

Question: I have to do a presentation and i have stage fright!?

especially because I like this guy in that class and i usually get really shy when I present to a class!. I dont want to be scared or freeze up especially when hes there!. Any way to stop stage fright!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

just practice practice practice!.!. practice in front of your family friends in front of the mirror and dont look at that guy you like he will only drag you down just block him out make sure to have great eye contact and dont read off your notecards if you have any act like you are talking to the class speak clear and stand up straight for good posture it makes an impression on the teacher if you do all these things and make sure your speech is a halfway decent one you should do greatWww@QuestionHome@Com

ugghh!.!.!.i'm in this improv thing at my school and my crush is in it too, so he always gets to watch me make a fool of myself! so my suggestions are to make a 'spot' at the back of the classroom, and just stare at it the whole time, dont glance at any of ur classmates or anything!. and practice!. but thats what anyeverybody else said!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Practice!. I get panic attacks, but being in college there is a great number of presentations that one has to give in classes!. I find that practicing works wonders, use note cards and first work from the note cards, then try to work without them!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm the same way!. The way that best helps me is to practice in front of the mirror, it helps you get more comfortable!. If you can it's also good to practice in front of friends or family members, even though you aren't shy with them, it helps A LOT! good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
