Question: I'm nervous! PLea z help!?

I'm playing clara in the nutcracker this year with my ballet studio and I have to dance with a boy who is the nutcracker I'm scared and nervous!. advice p[leazWww@QuestionHome@Com

If your really nervous, u should reconsider preforming
but if ur just a kid, i suggest u take deep breaths, practice A LOT with the nutcracker boy, and try and think of all the complements u'll get when u do a great job! think positive and dont let the nerves rule ur body! be focused, in the zone and remember everything!

Before rehearsals (unless they include this) and before performances, began a ritual work out regime!. It should consist of stretching and breathing!. It should be about ten mins long!. This will train your body to relax through a performance!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
