How to start acting?

Question: How to start acting!?

I want to become a famous actress, but I don't really have much experience, and I am 12!. I don't want to do this for the money or the clothes or the fame, I want to do this for me, I have wanted this since I was able to talk! This is my dream, do you know how to make it come true!?

I'd say keep on getting involved in plays maybe at school, or in the community!.!.!. Find an agency around your community and see if they will take you !. Keep looking because sometimes they take you with experience and sometimes they don't, as long as you can act ! But remember to get involved with all the productions you can because it looks waay better for you !Www@QuestionHome@Com

You contradict yourself!. You say you want to be famous but not for the fame!. When you say it is for you, you mean you want the fame for your ego!. So drop the ego stuff, it will not help!. Give up wanting fame, it isn't such a great thing anyway with no private live and having to have body guards!. Concentrate of being very good at acting!. Start that by being in all the plays you can at school and in the community!. Be aware that there are almost no professional opportunities for pre teens and teens, in spite of what you see on TV!. it takes years even to get a bit part, so get to work!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
